Pricing
Wine Candles can weigh up to 1.5 kg depending on the size of the candle and the weight of the bottle. We set flat rates to assist you with delivery price estimates. For orders up to $150, delivery is $14.50. For orders up to $250, delivery is $19.50. For orders over $250, delivery is $29.50. The timing of delivery is dependent a few things including where you live, and how quickly we can process your order.
Processing time
Wine Candles are made to order. We make candles as quickly as possible but please allow 4 weeks (or longer if we are backlogged with orders) for all Design your own orders for us to create your beautiful wine candle. We do carry a small stock of popular items so we can dispatch some items quickly if we have your item already in stock. You may wish to choose any of these from our Ready to send section if you need your candle sooner.

We use Sendle to deliver Wine Candles. Standard delivery will be in 2 or more business days after posting from Hope Island, Australia. Please understand that delivery timeframes are outside our control. To give you an idea, the Australia Post website estimates:
Brisbane - 1 to 3 business days
Regional QLD - 2 to 6 business days
Sydney - 3 to 5 business days
Regional NSW - 3 to 6 business days
Melbourne - 4 to 7 business days
Regional VIC - 4 to 7 business days
Adelaide - 4 to 7 business days
Regional SA - 4 to 7 business days
Perth - 7 to 10 business days
Regional WA - I need to enquire for an estimate when an order is received
Hobart - 4 to 8 business days
Regional TAS - I need to enquire for an estimate when an order is received
ACT - 3 to 6 business days
NT - I need to enquire for an estimate when an order is received
International orders
We are delighted to offer international shipping for most destinations of the world. Naturally, delivery outside Australia will take longer. For most countries, customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT.
