Refund policy

We understand there are times when things don’t go according to plan and you’ll want a refund. Here is our policy:

You may return an item within 30 days of the delivery date on your package. To be able to process a refund, your candle must be unused, packaging must be intact, and the wick must be in original condition. You may choose a refund or have your candle replaced.

Please email us at hello@winecandles.com.au to let us know you are returning an item.

Please post your item to: Wine Candles, 9117 Peter Senior Drive, Hope Island Qld 4212 

Returning items will be at the customer’s expense.

When a refund is issued, it will be for the price of the product only. We will not refund delivery costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on stock seconds, sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We can replace your candle with another one of equal value.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
